Your ruling planet Mars is in Virgo in your 6th house until the 26th.  You'll be more aggressive or assertive with coworkers and need to take the lead in any work projects. Watchout for accidents in the workplace. After the 26th Mars moves intio Libra in your 7th house.  The following 2 months you'll feel like everyone wants to invite you out.  You may take the lead with your honey, but don't get too bossy.

 Mercury is retrograding in Leo in your 5th house until the 2nd. You may overdramatize your thoughts to the kids or your date.  It's a great time to audition where you need to make a big impression.
